Verbot zur Ausübung von Rollerderby

Die Berlin Bombshells sind eine Gruppe von Frauen, die einen in Berlin eher noch unbekannten Teamsport praktizieren. Die Rede ist von Rollerderby, einer Frauensportart auf klassischen Rollschuhen, die ihre Wurzeln in Amerika hat. Seit einem Jahr üben sie diesen Sport im Verein aus. Das öffentliche Interesse und die Mitgliederzahlen steigen seitdem stetig.

Bisher trainierten sie in den vom Sport-Club Lurich 02 e.V. genutzten Hallen in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Seit drei Wochen ist dies jedoch nicht mehr möglich, da ihnen vom Bezirksamt Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Abteilung Sportförderung, die Ausübung ihres Sports in öffentlichen Hallen untersagt wurde: Laut der Senatsverwaltung für Inneres und Sport Berlins werden die Hallen als untauglich für Rollsportarten eingeschätzt. Die Berlin Bombshells mussten das Training umgehend einstellen. Der Vorsitzenden der Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Friedrichshainer-Kreuzberger Sportvereine sowie das Bezirksamt sind sich einig: „Die Sportart sei hier nicht gewollt, sie mache den Hallenboden kaputt und sei nicht förderungswürdig.“

ABER: Gemäß eines Gutachtens des Bundesinstituts für Sportwissenschaft und ebenso einer Empfehlung der "Arbeitsgruppe Sportstätten" in der Sportministerkonferenz sind solche flächenelastische Sportböden grundsätzlich ohne jeden weiteren Nachweis für den Rollsport geeignet. Es muss nur sichergestellt sein, dass keine Sprünge durchgeführt, ausschließlich Rollen für den Innenbereich verwendet und keine abfärbenden Rollen und Stopper benutzt werden. Diese Voraussetzungen werden von den Berlin Bombshells erfüllt.

Daher soll ein Solidaritätsbrief für die Berlin Bombshells an den Senat geschickt werden um von ihrer Gemeinde bzw. im Bezirk Kreuzberg Unterstützung von Freunden und Institutionen zu bekommen, damit sie weiterhin ihren Sport in den Vereinsräumen ihres Sport-Clubs Lurich 02 e.V., in Kreuzberg ausüben dürfen.

I don’t mean to single handedly pick a quote and misinterpret it, but isn’t that the reason the government of Ethiopia stripped the licenses of a dozen or so coffee exporters because they were 70-663 “hoarding!” Or in the language and understanding of the suspects, ‘waiting for a better market!’ So, Dr. Eleni, if I can ask, will the likes of Tadele enjoy a special privilege of such market freedom? The 70-680 government might have a convincing reason to strip the licenses off these coffee exporters who are accused of aggravating the foreign currency deficiency the nation was facing. After all that was a national issue and was of a concern to us all; never mind it initially happened not because of these coffee exporters and never mind Gunna has now 83-640 stepped into the coffee export business; but does the end justify the means? Does that guarantee a feeling of a free market by traders anymore? How is it then Tadele will be able to enjoy a perfectly functioning market terminologies such as “Where to sell, when to sell, at what price to sell, and to whom to sell” BH0-006?

Second, forgive me if I am ignorant, (with all due respect for what you as single person and ECX as an institution is doing,) I still didn’t understand how the specialty coffee trading system is going to benefit the original growers (i.e the farmers) whose only way to know the quality of the coffee they have grown depends on the likes of Tadele. Is there an ECX intervention between coffee farmers and the many more other Tadeles?”

n van Mils' house the police found weapons, ammunition and nazi insignia. Van Mil is notorious for touting nazi insignia. In 2004, he was arrested at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport while trying to import thousands of fake nazi badges and emblems.
