The Prague Playhouse is excited to announce the first production of their season "Talking With..." by Jane Martin scheduled for November 1st, 3rd and 4th at A Studio Rubin. This collection of 11 remarkable monologues for women is being directed by Lana Likic with cast to be announced at a later date. Continuing their dedication to English language theatre The Prague Playhouse is also using this production to provide an opportunity for actresses in the community to partake in quality roles.

This wonderful collection of monologues received a standing ovation at the Louisville's Actors Theatre. Though separate monologues "Talking With..." is connected through the voices of an array of interesting women. From the Samuel French Bookshop website: "Idiosyncratic characters amuse, move and frighten, always speaking from the depths of their souls. They include a baton twirler, a fundamentalist snake handler, an ex rodeo rider and an actress willing to go to any length to get a job". The Prague Playhouse welcomes everyone to come and support English language theatre and be captivated by the stories of these characters.

Prague Playhouse was created in 2003 by Brian Caspe who says, "our mission is to bring quality English-language theater to Prague's English speaking community". He describes, "it's about connecting people and not being satisfied with the status quo". Along with the website (http://www.pragueplayhouse.com) Prague Playhouse offers Meisner acting classes, has had a hand in many productions and is working with the Prague Post on their Playwriting Contest. Their successful monthly staged play readings of plays by local authors will continue throughout the Prague Playhouse's season.

Tickets: 150,- and 120,- for groups of 10 and more
