It's now up to debate whether the planet has just shifted 100 meters eastward.  Either the global satellite photography website Google Earth made a blunder, or the scientists at Greenwich had been wrong all along.  Of course the longitude mark for 0 degrees longitude was subjectively chosen, so who's to say that Google can't change it?  Rumors of Google's desire for world domination can be ignored as they haven't placed the Prime Meridian at Google's corporate headquarters in Mountain View, California.  Although Google does have an office strikingly close to the new longitude in Scotland...

This may cause a massive headache for the geographers of the world, but the technicians of the world handled Y2K without a hitch, so this should be a piece of cake.
