Emerging from the Boston hardcore scene of the early 80s, Gang Green was, and still is, an unabashed party band specializing in beer-soaked, warp-speed three-chord thrash. Obsessed with beer, skateboarding, sex, and more beer, Gang Green slowly added stronger hints of heavy metal as their career wore on (and on). They continue with their simple party-hearty philosophy and what they consider their own unique streak of humor... playing hard, drinking hard and surviving even more wasted nights.

Gang Green is so committed to the beer which fuels their desire to play rock 'n' roll, that they have even "unofficially" adopted the American Budweiser logo as their own.
