Does a week of jazz, blues, rock, and WINE tickle your fancy? If so, GastroBlues Festival is the event for you! Situated about 60 miles south of Budapest, this annual gathering in the town of Paks, Hungary provides all the necessary tools for your music and wine fixins’. Performers include; Ten Years After, Nina van Horn, Nazareth, Twin Dragons, Chris Farlowe, Keith Emerson, and an array of Hungarian and international musicians.
Some of the best wine cellars in the Hungarian Historical Wine Regions have agreed to open their doors to the festival as part of the National Meeting of Wine Lovers. Traditional Hungarian meals, home-made and fresh, will be served as part of the festival, as well as the stew cook-off. Chefs, wine producers, and music food, and wine lovers will be ensured of a magnificent time. This festival runs from June 26th – July 2nd.
