Mobb Deep: Solo-Projekte in Arbeit
    

Nach den eher mageren Verkäufen ihres G-Unit Debüts "Blood Money" und dem kürzlich veröffentlichten     Best-Of Album "Life of the Infamous: The Best of Mobb Deep"  widmen sich Havoc und Prodigy wieder Solo-Projekten. Den Anfang macht Prodigy mit seinem neuen Solo-Album "H.N.I.C. 2". Der wohl im ersten Quartal 2007 erscheinende Longplayer wird komplett von Prodigy selbst produziert, so der Rapper in einem Statement:    "I'mma pull a couple of tricks out of the bag. Definitely, for this one, I'mma strictly keep it for myself. I  think I can best represent myself on here through my production. This is like my baby— can't nobody touch that. I'm gonna keep it for myself."      

Auch Features wird es voraussichtlich keine geben. Auf welchem Label das Album erscheinen wird ist noch nicht bekannt. In einigen Wochen wird Prodigy ein neues Mixtape mit dem Titel "Return of the Mac" veröffentlichen. Havoc wird sich mit seinem Solo-Projekt noch etwas mehr Zeit lassen.
