Some women just can't keep their mouths shut. They have to say something, whether with words or body language — they have to get whatever "it" is off their chest.

Cinder Block of Retching Red is one of a string of strong women in punk and rock music with something to say, particularly in regard to women's empowerment. Retching Red's logo of a young anarcho-girl bleeding out the band's name with a very red and messy monthly leaves a take-no-prisoners impression that would generally scare off anyone with a fear of ... bloody strong women. 

Cinder is as tough as her name implies.
