The 14th year of the Alternativa Festival will take place from 1st to 9th December 2006.

Festival Alternativa - one of the largest display of alternative and experimental music in central Europe. It takes place at the end of every year in Prague.

Unijazz has established, a reading room in Prague,  not only for its members but also for public. The reading room (in Czech "Čítárna") contains books, magazines and other publications focused on different cultural fields, mostly on music, and demotapes of starting musical groups. There is also Tamizdat´s CD shop.
