 Vladmir Putin has expressed his displeasure with the United States with including Poland and the Czech Republic in their milssile defence program.
I was going to make up things that Putin supposedly said that would make him seem ominous and more like a Bond villian but it appears I don't have to.
He is quoted as saying "It is already clear that a new phase in the arms race is unfolding in the world," and to keep the record clean, "It is not our fault, because we did not start it,". Let the arms race begin. BBC Article Here .
