The four members of Tupolev are inventing a new kind of music. Native from Vienna, the band plays a quite new Jazz which is tinted with electronic music. While hearing Tupolev, you can feel the Pink Floyd psychedelic atmosphere and the Radiohead electronic arrangement in a Free Jazz ambient. See you there!

Suburban Terrorist (sk) @ Kain (20:30)
Created in Slovakia in 2001 , Suburban Terrorist has performed their loud music for a few years over Europe. This good-techy death metal band is about to wake up the « Kain » and should please the headbangers. Suburban Terrorist, claims « to reach a level of madness », this show will be hailing their soon-to-be-released new album. And you thought SUV's were a threat....

Qui (usa) @ Rock Café (19:30)
Qui's idiosyncratic blend of punk, noise, metal and experimental genres, coupled with their advanced musical prowess, earned them a small but dedicated following throughout the U.S. The incorporation of David Yow in 2003 was a turning point for the band. Qui sounds quite melodic while keeping its powerful energy. Its new album entitled « Love's Miracle » has included collaboration with Mike Patton and Greg Werckman of Ipecac Recordings. You won't be disappointed.

RAZ III (cz) @ Kain (20:30)
Sometimes aerial and psychedelic, some others more heafty, RAZ III produces a very interesting sound universe in which we are invited to enter. Well crafted metal-hardcore that could even influence non-metal initiates.

Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band (usa) @ Roxy (19:30)
This young songwriter wrote his first song when he was 10 when he knew only two guitar chords. He self released his first album at the age of 13 on a cassette tape. After having performed with several bands in the United States (among which Bright Eyes and Desaparecidos), he began Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band in November 2007, playing some « Dylanian » ballads in the purest American tradition. He and his cronies will be gracing Prague with his presence at the Roxy during their world tour.

Bloodclot (usa) @ Lucerna (20:00)
Members of Bio-hazard, Pro-pain, Cro-Mags, Merauder and the Spudmonsters (?) all come together and make daisy-chains while cooking tofu goats on stage. A must-see!

GG ELvis (usa), I Walk the Line (fin), The Gangnails (cz) @ Cross Club (20:00)
G.G. Elvis and the TCP Band springed from the fusions of members of Stalag 13, NOFX, Aggression, Dr. Know, the Bad Samaritans and Jughead's Revenge playing punk rock versions of Elvis songs. They are extremely hard working touring monsters, sometimes playing over a dozen shows in a month. The Elvis' hits like "Love Me Tender", "Blue Suede Shoes" or "Viva Las Vegas" you loved interpreted like  you have never heard. This show will delight every Elvis' fan as well as the punk lovers.

Interlacing - Exploiting composition/ theatre @ Alfred ve Dvore
This unique project offers an experience combining medieval choral music, Chino-Japanese calligraphy, dance and projection. You will witness a number of layers influencing and inspiring each other to create a unique composition in real time: minimalist movement of a group of singers, dynamic dance, visual support and sound tracks.
